Returns & Warranty

Just Projector Lamps is operated by GM Multimedia Pty Ltd, an Australian owned and operated business. All products we sell are covered by a warranty backed by our brands. As an Australian business our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Warranty information provided below is in addition to other rights or remedies that you may have under the ACL in relation to your product.

Damaged in Transit Returns

Lamp deliveries from Just Projector Lamps have delivery insurance included at no additional cost. Should your product arrive damaged please do not sign for it, instead ask the courier to return to sender. If the damage was not visible until after you have signed/opened the parcel, please contact Just Projector Lamps within 24 hours of receipt so a replacement can be arranged. Please note, delivery insurance is not available should you request Authority to Leave (ATL) or a redirection with the courier.

Returns under Warranty

Just Projectors Lamps sources all projector lamps from authorised projector distributors and as such all products are covered by the relevant brands' Warranties. Genuine Branded projector lamps feature a minimum 3 month warranty, this can be longer with some brands. If you believe your lamp has developed a fault please contact Just Projector Lamps immediately so we can assist with a return and replacement. Please note, defects such as colours appearing incorrect and/or lines appearing across the image are not related to the lamp. These faults can be caused by faulty DMD chips, LCD chips, or mainboards and will require a technician to inspect your projector.
Never return a lamp to Just Projector Lamps without speaking to our staff first and obtaining a Return Authorisation.

Incorrect Goods Received

Just Projector Lamps staff are always careful when processing orders however accidents and mistakes can occur from time to time. If you receive a projector lamp that is not as ordered please contact us right away on 1300 739 131. Please do not open the lamp box. Just Projectors retains ownership of any goods shipped in error.

Change of Mind / Goods no longer required

We understand mistakes happen and will try to assist where possible. Provided the packaging has remained factory sealed a change of mind return is usually possible however may be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees are charged to cover costs such as bank/payment fees, warehouse fulfillment, freight, and any commissions we have paid. Restocking fees can be charged by our suppliers should we need to return the item to them, these fees must be passed on in full and are out of our control. If you are exchanging to another item the restocking fees are generally lower than if you wish to obtain a refund. Fees can range from 10% up to 50% of the order value.
Unfortunately Just Projectors cannot accept 'change of mind' returns of items where the box has been opened, if the item or packaging 'appear' used in anyway, if the item was specially ordered from our supplier, if the item has been made-to-order, or if the item is very large/bulky that would make it prohibitively expensive to return.
Our staff are available via email and phone to help you select the right product and hopefully avoid any stress and cost associated with returns.

Returns Process

In the event of product failure please contact Just Projector Lamps immediately, our staff will attempt to troubleshoot the problem and can provide advice as to the best course of action to have the problem rectified as soon as possible.
It is vital Just Projector Lamps be notified and a 'Return Authorisation' be entered before the return of any items. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being rejected by our staff, or at a minimum, delay the return being processed.
