Thanks Mate,
Received the lamp first thing Friday morning and I installed it Friday evening. Everything appears to be working fine.
I also just wanted to give a wrap to you and Natalie (I believe the name of the American girl who answered my call). I was trying to deal with another supplier before making the change to you, and their customer service was appalling. Also they were unable to live up to the delivery duration as promised on their website. You on the other hand were extremely helpful with my request and Natalie was very professional and courteous and making sure she had all my contact details when taking my messages.
Once again, a first class effort and you can be sure I'll recommend all of my friends and family that may need any supplies that you offer.
Just Projector Lamps can supply a spare lamp or replacement lamp (bulb) for virtually any LCD or DLP/DMD projector ever made.
In most cases the replacement lamps are supplied as a lamp module (housing including lamp and reflector), simple for the user to fit. However, in some cases the lamp is available as an individual part, often cheaper than a module but more fragile to handle and requiring more care to replace.
Many of the early LCD projectors used low-cost Halogen lamps which gave a yellowish image and lasted between 50-100 hours.
As LCD projector design progressed they started to use metal halide lamps which would last from 1000 - 2000 hours and gave a much whiter (even bluish) picture.
In recent years as projectors have become
lighter and brighter they have begun to use a number of different variations on this lamp technology, including: UHP lamps, UHE lamps, Xenon lamps, NSH lamps and P-VIP lamps. These new lamps tend to continually become lighter, brighter and longer-lasting - enabling LCD and DLP projectors weighing just a few pounds to produce several thousand ANSI lumens and in some cases to operate between 3000 and 4000 hours before needing a lamp change.
