Received the lamp first thing Friday morning and I installed it Friday evening. Everything appears to be working fine.
I also just wanted to give a wrap to you and Natalie (I believe the name of the American girl who answered my call). I was trying to deal with another supplier before making the change to you, and their customer service was appalling. Also they were unable to live up to the delivery duration as promised on their website. You on the other hand were extremely helpful with my request and Natalie was very professional and courteous and making sure she had all my contact details when taking my messages.
Once again, a first class effort and you can be sure I'll recommend all of my friends and family that may need any supplies that you offer.

| Next Day Delivery Conditions |
Next Day Delivery Conditions include:
- Only if projector lamp is available in stock.
- Order must be placed before 11am during weekdays.
- Order placed on friday or during weekend will normally be delivered on following Tuesday.
- Funds must be cleared in our bank account before we can send out the lamp(s).
- Paypal payment method which draw out the money from your direct account takes approximately four (4) business days before the money is cleared in our bank account. We suggest you use the credit card method for instant payment to our bank account.
We can not always guarantee the "Next Day Delivery" or "Time of delivery" due to:
- We outsource to external courier (Toll Express)
- Once your order left our warehouse, anything can happens during transits eg. trraffic jams, depo had issue with the scanner machines, truck broke down, and so on.
